Privacy Notice
How details submitted through signup, login and the contact form are handled, stored and never sold on.
EroraWellness does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
01
Scope Of This Notice
This notice explains how information is handled across erorawellness.com, including the pages that cover weight, skin, digestion, daily pressure, focus and energy, the account signup, the login and password reset screens, and the contact form.
Using the site means accepting the practices set out below. Anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the site.
02
Information Provided Directly
Creating an account submits a first name, a last name, an email address, a phone number and a password. Sending a message through the contact form submits a name, an email address, a subject line and the message text itself.
Nothing else is asked for. There is no request for health records, test results, diagnoses, medication lists, payment details or government identifiers anywhere on this site, and none of that should be sent through the contact form.
03
Information Collected Automatically
Ordinary server logs record the kind of technical detail every web server records: an IP address, a browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. Logs are used to keep the site running, spot abuse and understand which health areas are being read.
Cookies and similar storage keep a session signed in and remember basic display preferences. Browser settings can block or clear them, though signing in may stop working if they are blocked entirely.
04
How Information Is Used
Submitted details are used to open and maintain an account, to answer messages, to send the service notices an account holder has agreed to receive, and to keep the site secure and working properly.
Where marketing consent has been given at signup, the same details may be used to send occasional promotional messages about the reading published here. That consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the account itself.
05
Text Messages And Consent
Text message consent is optional and is captured through separate checkboxes at signup. Service messages and promotional messages are consented to separately, so agreeing to one does not sign anyone up for the other.
Replying STOP to any message ends further texts of that type. Replying HELP returns assistance information. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.
06
Sharing With Others
Limited access is given to the service providers that make the site work, such as hosting, email delivery and message delivery. Those providers may only use what they are given to perform the service requested of them.
Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, where it is needed to protect the rights and safety of readers, or as part of a transfer of the site to a new owner, in which case this notice would continue to apply to information already collected.
07
Data Retention
Account details are kept for as long as the account stays open, and for a short period afterwards so that an account closed by mistake can be restored. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period after it closes.
Server logs are kept on a rolling basis and then discarded. Anything no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies a person.
08
Security
Traffic is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored in hashed form rather than as typed, and access to submitted details is limited to what is needed to run the site.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be promised. Choosing a password that is not reused elsewhere remains the single most effective protection on any account.
09
Choices And Rights
An account holder can request a copy of the details held, ask for a correction, withdraw a marketing consent, or ask for the account and its details to be deleted. Requests are handled through the contact details in the footer.
Depending on where a reader lives, local law may grant additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a supervisory authority. Exercising any of these rights never results in worse treatment.
10
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. Accounts are intended for readers who are eighteen or older, and details are not knowingly collected from anyone under that age.
If details belonging to a child have been submitted, a message through the contact page will have them removed.
11
Third Party Links
Some pages link out to external resources so a reader can go further into a subject. Those sites are run by other organisations under their own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.
Reading the privacy notice on any site before submitting details to it is always worth the minute it takes.
12
Changes And Contact
This notice is updated when the site changes or when the law does. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means the revised notice applies.
Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact page, or to the phone number, email address and postal address published in the site footer.
