Questions People Ask

The questions I get asked most often, from where to begin to the things I will never be able to answer for you.

Before starting

Getting Started

Quick answers on what I publish here, how the six areas sit together, and what a first visit tends to look like.

Wherever the trouble is this month. I have not built a first chapter or a running order, so nothing waits on anything else. If your stomach has been off, go straight to digestion, skip the focus notes entirely, and nothing further along will hold it against you.

No. Most people read one area and leave, which is exactly how I meant it to work. I split weight, skin, digestion, daily pressure, focus and energy into six pockets so that finishing any one of them is the whole thing, not the opening chapter of six.

You get all six areas gathered behind one login, sorted by subject rather than spread across a feed. Open whichever one is on your mind, take it at whatever speed the week allows, and drop back in when something else starts asking for your attention.

About as long as a cup of tea, most of the time. I put the useful part at the top of each area and stack the detail underneath, so you can stop early without missing the point.

Nothing here sits behind a payment, and I am not running a paid plan on the side. Everything I suggest comes down to choices you can make in your own kitchen or your own evening.

What this is not

Scope And Limits

Where my writing runs out, and the situations I would send straight to a qualified professional.

No. What I publish is general information about daily habits and nothing more. It carries no diagnosis, no treatment, and no knowledge of what your own body has been through. Anything that worries you, or a symptom that refuses to settle, should go to a doctor or another qualified professional before it comes to me.

No, and I would keep an eye on anyone who hands you a menu without ever having met you. I write about the eating patterns that keep turning up, explained in plain terms, next to the habits people find easier to hold than a rulebook.

I do not publish supplement lists and I will not point you at a bottle to patch an area. When a nutrient genuinely matters I talk about it as food and routine, and anything past that belongs with a pharmacist or a doctor.

Often, yes. An appointment can end with clear instructions and almost no explanation of why they were given. If you already know how sleep or digestion or steady energy behave, you tend to follow the instructions better and come back with sharper questions.

Follow the professional, every time. I cannot see your bloods, your prescriptions or your past, so if one of my pages looks like it disagrees with something you were told in person, it is simply missing the facts that advice was built on.

Something Still Unanswered

If your question about one of the six areas is not sitting on this page, send it over through my contact form and it may well end up here.
